Experienced account manager with a passion for developing strong client relationships. As an account manager at STAV Consulting Services, with a background in municipal and federal government, I have developed expertise in key account management, sales, and the development of management consulting services.
My goal is to understand my clients' needs in order to offer them customized and innovative solutions that will address their problems.
My responsibilities include, among other things, developing strong relationships with key clients, managing existing accounts and developing new accounts, selling and developing management consulting services, as well as strategy and planning for key accounts and target sectors.
YANINA KLIMENKO, Ph.D.
Strategy Director
With a doctorate in political science, specializing in public policy and management, and a master's degree in public administration, I have over 20 years of experience, including 15 years within the Quebec public administration. I have supported leaders and managers in their strategic challenges, from governance and change management to organizational transformation.
Certified by PROSCI, I continue to enrich my practice through Quebec and international university training.
In parallel, I teach in the Department of Political Science at Laval University and train managers at the Professional Development Service. There, I cultivate what deeply motivates me: human contact, rich exchanges, and the transmission of useful and concrete knowledge.
Today, drawing on this experience, I offer my expertise to organizations that wish to evolve, structure themselves and transform with rigor, clarity and impact.
